Appliances simply aren’t made as durable and lasting as possible. Repairs or replacements are inevitable. Why is this? Companies are pressured to quickly release new products to keep up with the competition. They may not be made well because of the quick output and/or because they want you to buy their new products anyway.
There’s also another, lesser-known reason…they are trying to make money through their over-priced (and not always thorough) repair services. THAT is where we differ. We do not have an agenda besides providing quality service that encourages customers to make us their first call when needing appliance repairs. It is the right thing to provide a quality repair service, and it wouldn’t benefit us to run our company any other way.
